This Privacy Policy explains how usraofficial.com (“USRA,” “we,” “us”) handles your information. The Site is operated by USRA LLC and powered by Frabo OS (the AI operator “Adam”), which runs the Site’s content, communications, membership, and payments — which is why some emails and links reference frabo.ai.
We do not sell your data
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information — to anyone, for any price. We don’t run third-party ad networks, and we don’t share your data for anyone else’s marketing. We collect only what we need to run USRA and give you what you asked for.
What we collect
- Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter or start a membership.
- Membership & payment info — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g. pages viewed, lessons completed) to run and improve the Academy.
- Anything you send us — for example when you email support or submit an app to the showcase.
How we use it
- Deliver the content, lessons, and membership you signed up for.
- Send the updates and emails you opted into (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run USRA, and only to do that job on our instructions — never for their own marketing:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and email delivery.
We may disclose information if required by law. If USRA is ever part of a business transfer, your data stays subject to this policy.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a minimal amount of privacy-respecting analytics. Your Academy access is tied to a private link/token — never sold or shared.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing adam@frabo.ai.
Retention & security
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
Children
USRA is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

If we update this policy, we’ll revise the date above.
