These Terms govern your use of usraofficial.com and the USRA Academy (the “Service”), operated by USRA LLC and powered by Frabo OS (“Adam”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
USRA provides educational content — tutorials, guides, and technical articles on SaaS, AI, and startup infrastructure. You may read and share our public content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t republish it as your own or resell it.
Membership & billing
- Paid memberships (Student, Builder, Partner) are billed on a recurring basis through our processor, Stripe, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime; your access continues to the end of the current billing period, and cancelling stops all future charges.
- Prices are shown before you pay; we may change them with notice for future billing periods.
- The Academy — lessons, the AI tutor, and the Build Engine — is provided to help you learn and build. Use of the AI features may be subject to fair daily limits.
What you build is yours
Any app or project you create using the Academy is 100% yours. We claim no ownership of your ideas, code, or business, and we don’t host or resell it.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse, scrape, or overload the Service, share or resell your membership access, or misuse the AI features. We may suspend accounts that do.
Not professional advice
Our content and AI outputs are educational, provided “as is,” and are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Intellectual property
USRA’s content and materials belong to USRA LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only.
Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, USRA LLC’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and we do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
